Hill Inlet, Great Barrier Reef, Queensland, Australia. Hill Inlet is located on Whitsunday Island in Queensland Australia, with Whitehaven Beach beginning to the left of the estuary. Whitsunday Island is the largest island in the Whitsundays group located offshore from Airlie Beach on the Queensland Coast. Hill Inlet is a spectacular estuary with pure white silica sands.

This photo was shot in 2019 Fuji GFX50r from Robinson R22 Helicopter flight I chartered over Hardy Reef and Hill Inlet on Whitsunday Island.
