Evening view over Norfolk Island as the clouds roll in and create a kind of inversion. The tall pines break through the clouds and create unique shapes and jagged broken layers in the image into the distance. This image was taken from Mount Pitt which is one of Norfolk Island’s highest locations and overlooks the island in all directions. This Image is taken after sunset facing south east with the Kingston Area and Nepean island in view to the lef, just before the sun drops far below the horizon and leaves the island in darkness.
