The Queensferry Crossing, South Queensferry, Scotland. The Queensferry Crossing is a road bridge constructed and opened in 2017 to replace the Forth Road Bridge which was built in the 1960s. Taken on a still summer’s evening the elegant modern 3-tower cable bridge contrasts the Forth Road Bridge and Forth Rail Bridge beautifully.
